Condition Grading
At E & Z Collectiblez, we take product condition seriously. All items are described and graded before listing. Here's how we grade our products:
- New/Sealed: Factory sealed, never opened. No damage to packaging.
- Near Mint (NM): Item is in excellent condition with minimal to no signs of handling. Packaging may have minor shelf wear.
- Lightly Played (LP): Item shows light signs of use or handling. Fully functional and playable.
- Moderately Played (MP): Visible wear but structurally sound. Clearly noted in the product listing.
If a condition grade is not listed on a product, it is New/Sealed.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn't right, here's our policy:
- Eligible for return: Items that arrive damaged, defective, or significantly not as described.
- Return window: Contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.
- Non-returnable: Opened sealed products (booster packs, sealed sets) are not eligible for return unless defective.
- Process: Email us at your store contact email with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items that arrive damaged or defective. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
